Where is the event and how do I get there?
RESET will take place at Playa Juventud, located at km 3 of Cancun’s Hotel Zone, on the lane heading toward Puerto Cancún. It’s an easy-to-access location with clear signage guiding you to the event.

What time does the party start, and what kind of music will there be?
RESET starts at 11:00 p.m. and continues until 6:00 a.m. The music will be led by international DJs, featuring a unique selection that blends the best of HRoof and D’CAVE, creating an unforgettable beachfront experience.
How does event access and the drink system work?
To enter, you must present the QR code you receive via email after completing your purchase. Drink consumption will operate through a cashless system, using a QR code where you can load credit to purchase beverages throughout the night.
